At Climcat, your satisfaction with our custom-printed products is our top priority. We understand that issues may sometimes occur, and we're dedicated to resolving them promptly and fairly. Please review our refund policy below.

  1. No Returns for Custom-Printed Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for custom-printed items. However, we offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances outlined below.

  1. Refund and Replacement Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • a) The item is damaged or defective
  • b) You received an incorrect item
  • c) The print quality is substandard
  • d) Your order has not been received within 30 days of purchase

Please note: We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. We provide size charts for each product to help you select the right size.

  1. Refund and Replacement Process

To request a refund or replacement:

a) Email cs@climcat.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address associated with the order
  • A clear photo showing the issue (for damaged, defective, or poor-quality items)
  • A brief description of the problem

b) Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours and notify you of approval or rejection.

c) If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement item within 2 business days.

d) Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  1. Partial Refunds

For minor issues that do not significantly impact the product's usability, we may offer a partial refund. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Cancellations

You can request a full refund by canceling your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the item goes into production, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact our support team immediately to initiate the cancellation.

  1. Exclusions

Climcat is not responsible for:

  • Shipping errors due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Missed deliveries due to customer absence
  • Issues arising from improper use or care of the product
